GREYSTONE ADVISES HILLTOP STONE ON SALE OF BUTLER QUARRY TO VULCAN MATERIALS COMPANY

SOUTHLAKE, TX | September 28, 2026 – Greystone Group announced today that it advised Hilltop Stone LLC (“Hilltop Stone”) on the sale of its Butler Quarry in Pendleton County, Kentucky to Vulcan Materials Company (“Vulcan”).  The Butler Quarry has been providing the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky construction materials market with high quality limestone products for over 70 years and is one of only a few hard rock quarries in the region.  Greystone managed the transaction and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Hilltop Stone.
