GREYSTONE ADVISES PISGAH STONE PRODUCTS ON SALE TO CRH

SOUTHLAKE, TX | August 4, 2026 – Greystone Group announced today that it advised Pisgah Stone Products LLC and affiliates (“Pisgah”) on the sale of its aggregate business to CRH Americas Materials, Inc. (“CRH”). Pisgah operates one of the largest limestone deposits in Utah and is a major producer of aggregate materials for use in ready mixed concrete, asphalt and road base, as well as construction applications across Northern Utah.  Greystone managed the transaction and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pisgah.

“Pisgah represents one of the largest owned aggregate resources in the United States capable of supplying a large and rapidly growing metropolitan area.  Leo Beus was a visionary who saw this opportunity in the late 1990s and developed it into a major aggregate business over the following decades.  It has been a pleasure working with the Beus family on its sale to CRH.  We appreciate their trust in us to manage this transaction on their behalf,” said Tim Oitzman, founder and president of Greystone.  Commenting on the transaction, Annette Beus said, “Greystone’s market knowledge and industry experience were critical factors in helping us identify a buyer that shares our values and long-term vision for Pisgah and our employees.  We are grateful for their support and guidance during the transaction process.”
