Mr. Oitzman has over 20 years of transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate finance, management buy-outs and leveraged acquisition transactions. Prior to founding Greystone in 1996, Mr. Oitzman served as vice president of a San Francisco-based investment bank. During the last 15 years, he has managed nearly 50 transactions valued at nearly $2.0 billion. Mr. Oitzman is considered to be a key participant in the consolidation of the U.S. construction materials industry. He is a 1987 graduate of Luther College, where he serves on its Board of Regents.
